Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure regular attendance of Brand Promoters.
∎ Visit outlets as per regular market visit plan.
∎ Ensure that the Brand Promoters are addressing the product display and product hygiene issues with care.
∎ Inform the respective authority of the non-saleable, twisted and short- dated products for necessary corrective actions.
∎ Conduct On- the- Job-Training (OJT) on regular basis to keep the Brand Promoters updated on the product knowledge, promotional activities, upcoming products etc.
∎ Take sales report from Brand Promoters and provide daily sales reports to authority.
∎ Compile and provide the customers feedback regarding products to the immediate supervisors.
∎ Report to authorities about various consumer programs of competitor companies.
∎ Strive hard and keep the Brand Promoters on right track so that the set target is achieved every month.
∎ Collect required documents from Brand Promoters like TA report, leave application, Direct Store Delivery (DSD) bills etc., on time and submit them for approval.

∎ Should be computer literate (MS Office).
