Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
Coordinate ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities, events, activations, and campaigns.
Support the design and implementation of social media and digital marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal teams for campaign development and execution.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including packaging, POSM, digital platforms, and communication materials.
Monitor and analyze brand performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to recommend improvements.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, sales impact, and brand health metrics.
Contribute to new product launches, packaging development, and promotional planning.
Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure timely execution of activities.
Visit markets regularly to understand consumer behavior, collect field insights, and ensure proper brand visibility.
Assist in internal branding and employee engagement programs related to the brand.
