Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare annual marketing plan and budget for assigned brands
∎ Plan and execute top line and bottom-line growth of assigned products through efficient 4P strategies (product, price, promotion and placement) and ensure coverage in potential markets.
∎ Conduct market research to identify market opportunities to understand consumer need, market gap, future potential and possible entry scope.
∎ Plan and implement new and existing product development to enrich portfolio basket as per business objective.
∎ Manage and supervise all brand communication (ATL and BTL) in coordination with external agencies.
∎ Plan and execute media strategy, as per product / brand objective to ensure optimize reach.
∎ Plan and initiate various activations and interventions to ensure awareness, and repeat purchase of assigned brands/ products.
∎ Monitor market insights and keep updated on market intelligence through market research regularly to understand and take decisions regarding product quality, pricing and competitive positioning.
∎ Collaborate closely with sales team to ensure accurate month-on-month forecasting (both value and volume growth).
