∎ Direct Reports: GM (Sales & Mkt)
∎ Indirect Reports: Management.
∎ Purpose of the job:
∎ The Brand Manager oversees the Brand Development, Brand Communication, Trade Marketing & Product Development and Monitoring of S&B Nice Foods Valley Ltd.`s all product-lines on a functional management level.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic Planning
∎ Creating new product line and position them accurately for maximum sales
∎ Ensuring strategic business plan
∎ Setting goals for business development
∎ Setting KPI & ensuring executions to reach the goal
∎ Reviewing performance and recognition
∎ Developing strategies & tactics to boost the company's reputation & drive qualified traffic
∎ Developing successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
∎ Experimenting with different product range to maximize sales and increase of product line
∎ Cost Control & profit maximization
∎ Developing strategies & tactics to get the word out about a company.
∎ Produce valuable channels to attract differentiated consumers
∎ Build strategic relationships & partner with key industry players, agencies & vendors
∎ Prepare and monitor the business budget on yearly basis and monitor it.
∎ Review the marketing budget in quarterly and yearly basis and allocate funds accordingly.
∎ Oversee and approve marketing materials.
∎ Measure & Report on performance of sales & marketing campaigns
∎ Understanding the market insight and act swiftly to cater the market need
∎ Analyze the Target market, consumer behavior & accordingly setting the strategy

∎ Internal: Sales Administration Dept., MIS Dept., Brand Dept., HR Dept., SCM Dept. and Accounts Dept.
∎ External: Field Force, Distributors, Retailers.
∎ Microsoft Office Package
∎ 6 years of experience in relevant field
