Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position will mainly be responsible for Coordination with marketing team, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.
∎ Find potential new customers and turn this into increased business.
∎ Brand Manager will also help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.
∎ A proven track record in B2B face to face consultative selling
∎ To identify new markets both DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
∎ Develop creative promotional strategies to attract tourism.
∎ The capacity to think strategically and to identify new opportunities
∎ Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
∎ Established experience in holding commercial discussions with clients at all levels and translating their business needs into a complete solution
∎ Present business development training and mentoring to internal stakeholders and marketing staff.
∎ Contacting clients to inform them about new developments with the company’s products
∎ Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service thereby creating referral and intermediary opportunities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Incumbent should have working experience as a Brand Manager from any reputed organization minimum of 8-12 years.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure
∎ Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
∎ Computer skill is must.
∎ Natural Qualities:
∎ Warm, welcoming personality, vibrant and full of energy, strong bubbly personality and very Presentable
∎ Be able to make casual conversation with guest (as it is part of our service philosophy)
∎ Good telephone/ email manner
∎ Be very fluent speaking in English(with good accent if possible)
