Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA degree from a reputed university with MBA preferably in marketing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ She will be responsible for increasing and protecting the business interest of the company by working with new and existing Clients
∎ Supports his team by collaborating on talking points in a creative brief and creation of content that caters to these talking points
∎ Supports his team to ensure accurate and timely Client delivery through the development process from initial concepts, research, artwork creation, documentation, implementation within the required timeline to ensure best in class deliverables to all Clients
∎ Supports his team by meeting and liaises with clients to discuss and identify their requirements
∎ Creates/Edits content and talk lines in all creative to ensure accuracy and relevance to the Client
∎ Supports his team to present creative work to clients for approval or modification
∎ Manages the ongoing quality and relevance of creative & content used therein on the Client's creative portal
∎ Works with the digital team associated to the CLIENT to provide them with content as and when required
∎ Undertakes research as and when required by her team for a required deliverable for the client
∎ Analyze and create/modify content processes, templates, and documentation to increase efficiency and quality of work
∎ Represents the company in all public forums, networking opportunities
∎ Keeps abreast of market trends and respond as needed liaise/coordinate with the advertising agencies and media companies
∎ Analyzes and understands the different needs of the market segments and implements strategies/programs as appropriate to maximize profitability
∎ Explores and recommends opportunities/marketing ideas/concepts that may strengthen the Companies positioning/
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 4 to 5 Yrs experience in Client Service/Brand Management Position in any agency.
∎ Prefer candidates from Advertising / Marketing Agencies
∎ An excellent communicator
∎ Able to arrange and run meetings with direction, leaving with clear objectives
∎ and tasks
∎ Comfortable talking with clients (via phone, email and in person)
∎ Detail-oriented in context of a fast-paced environment
∎ Capable of hitting daily deadlines
∎ Exceptional analytical skills
∎ Strong Interpersonal skills
∎ Collaborative planner.
