Minimum Education: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate).
Diploma or short course in Digital Marketing, SEO, Graphic Design, or Web Design will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of:
Social media management and content creation SEO (Search Engine Optimization) fundamentals
Web design and website maintenance (WordPress or similar CMS)
Video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, VN, etc.)
Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages promptly.
Maintain consistency in brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all channels.
Support and execute online and offline branding campaigns.
Assist in creating promotional materials, digital banners, and marketing designs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative branding strategies.
Design social media posts, short videos, and visual content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Capture photos or short clips for marketing use.
Write catchy captions and marketing copies for posts and campaigns.
Perform basic video editing for marketing and promotional use.
Edit content using tools like CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere (basic level).
Maintain a library of visuals, videos, and design templates.
Apply basic SEO techniques to improve online visibility and reach.
Assist in updating website content and maintaining visual consistency.
Coordinate with developers or designers to enhance website layout and performance.
Track social media analytics and prepare monthly engagement reports.
Suggest new ideas to increase online reach and follower growth.
