Educational Requirements:
∎ Business Graduate with good English communication skill.
∎ Education covering International trade will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate assigned country wise business plan.
∎ Responsible for top-line and bottom-line growth of assigned Brands by planning and executing.
∎ Work closely with distributors and importers to ensure monthly lifting & IMS targets (value and volume).
∎ Plan monthly marketing activities to maximize sales and market share improvement.
∎ Manage and supervise all brand communication (ATL, BTL, & TTL) by coordinating with external agencies.
∎ Monitor market intelligence regularly to understand offers in the market for competitive product positioning and promotions.
∎ Supervise researches to ensure product quality monitoring, competitive benchmarking, qualitative and quantitative surveys.
∎ Develop and implement new product and existing product development projects to enrich portfolio basket and product quality.
∎ Analyze and recommend annual sales target & promotional budget.
∎ Visit foreign Marketing for developing new markets, expanding of existing and participants in trade fairs as per the business plan.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 2/3 years of export experience & managing distributors of overseas countries will be preferred.
∎ Skilled in MS Office tools with good knowledge in export documentation.
