Job Context:

∎ Our Brand Advocacy Manager will play a key role in success and growth of our existing customers. Not only will this person work hard to meet all brand advocacy behavior targets (minimum new customer content and referrals/quarter), but they will also work to celebrate and showcase our brand advocates - augmenting their already positive IdeaScale experience
∎ The ideal candidate will be a great story teller, and a superior communicator; Creative, with a can-do attitude, and a sense of fun. He/She should think about the individual goals of our contact, as well as the goals of the organization and have impeccable time management skills in order to programmatize fulfillment of these goals.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build rapport with customers to increase renewals, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities; including but not limited to creating highly targeted campaigns (online and offline)
∎ Become well-versed in customer data to identify behaviors that indicate possible advocacy and customer benefits
∎ Serve as primary point for managing customer communication and engagement to establish coordination of message and outreach frequency
∎ Develop KPIs and reporting to understand impact of activities
∎ Proficient in using a mix of channels to nurture and develop long-term customer relationships, increase brand awareness, establish thought leadership and achieve on renewal and upsell KPIs
∎ Daily engagement on social media to socially validate
∎ Daily engagement on LinkedIn group
∎ Management of marketing collateral (tshirts, sunglasses, stickers, tape, batteries, etc)
∎ Monthly fulfillment for all new customers
∎ Monthly fulfillment for all new customer advocates
∎ Monitoring of chat and NPS for potential new advocates
∎ Management of monthly newsletter with advocacy information
∎ Quarterly check-ins with CMO to assist on fulfillment of high-profile, custom customer advocacy projects
∎ Ongoing collaboration with CMO to create content and priorities for customer advocacy.
∎ Management of customer advocacy data in SFDC and reporting on progress

Additional Requirements:
∎ Impeccable fluency in English is a must
∎ 2+ years professional experience in a customer-facing and relationship marketing role
∎ Outstanding listening skills, and keen ability to translate complexity into simple and intuitive communications
∎ Exceptional writing and editing skills
∎ Sharp eye for detail and proven project management skills
∎ Comfort with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment; willing to roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done
∎ Pardot/SFDC skills a plus
∎ Familiarity with enterprise software and SaaS is a highly preferred
∎ Familiarity with HTML/email design highly valued
∎ Superb communication skills, rapid content creator
