∎ Required 03 to 05 years Banking Experience including at least 02 (Two) years and above experience in the similar nature of Job.
∎ Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills. Proficient knowledge on General Banking Operations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Issuance and encashment of Sanchaypatra as per customer request ensuring that all required documents are in place.
∎ Issuance of different system generated Certificates to customers.
∎ Pass necessary transaction related with Sanchaypatra Operations.
∎ Processing the issuance of duplicate lost instruments.
∎ Perform account information/operation related modification in CBS.
∎ Processing of Lien reconfirmation of own and other Banks or parties.
∎ Authenticate Bank Statement/Certificate/Accounts/Scheme to different external parties.
∎ Liaison with different internal/external parties regarding day to day operation of the Division.
∎ Provide support to Branch and other stake holders on miscellaneous issues.
∎ Prepare and submit different internal/regulatory reporting within due course.
∎ Review and follow up the General Banking portion of Internal, External and Bangladesh Bank audit and inspection report and ensure compliance of the same.
∎ Numbering of all circulars issue by Division and others Department/Division of the Bank and archiving of the same.
