Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the retail branch.
Ensure excellent customer service and showroom presentation.
Manage sales targets and motivate the sales team.
Maintain stock levels, product display, and inventory accuracy.
Handle cash transactions and daily sales reports.
Supervise staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
Resolve customer complaints professionally.
Report daily activities to Head Office.
