Responsibilities & Context:

• Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the retail branch.

• Ensure excellent customer service and showroom presentation.

• Manage sales targets and motivate the sales team.

• Maintain stock levels, product display, and inventory accuracy.

• Handle cash transactions and daily sales reports.

• Supervise staff attendance, grooming, and performance.

• Resolve customer complaints professionally.

• Report daily activities to Head Office.
