∎ Age 38 to 48 years
∎ You must be holding Masters in business management or a marketing related subject.
∎ You must have Experience with a well known Visa Consultancy, Extensive knowledge and experience of supervising.
∎ Experience in a senior role managing Visa consultancy.
∎ Experience of working with organizations who are involved in the Visa Consultancy following types of visa process: IELTS Coaching, Middle East Visa process, UK/USA/Canada student visa process, Ummrah & Hajj visa process, Medical visa process, work permit visa process, Tourist visa process.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing and implementing sales plans
∎ Conducting regular sales and operations meetings
∎ Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
∎ Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch
∎ Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community
∎ Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
∎ Resolving customer problems as needed
∎ Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
∎ Drafting forecasts and business plans
∎ Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals
∎ Adhering to high ethical and professional standards
∎ Analysis, correction and improvement measures for achieving the sales targets for branch.
∎ Daily review of performance of sales staff and guiding / counselling and helping them in achieving
