∎ Skills Required: Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Sales & Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill, Finance/ Accounts, Sales & Marketing

Financial Consultants
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage online/offline customer queries over the phone and need to manage proper information.
∎ Meeting designated KPI.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Have Expertise in Marketing & Communication.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions
∎ Need to be fluent in English.
∎ Other works assigned by the management.
∎ Attending office meetings for grooming.
∎ Client communication (regular updates, building relationships)
∎ Regular reporting to management by preparing regular report sheets.
∎ Customer feedback analysis and report analysis.
∎ Communicating with clients and asking their preferences in detail.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 60000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus
