  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members, and guest.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle operational challenges and guest complaints efficiently.

  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and financial reporting to oversee branch financial transactions accurately.

  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Supervise and manage the teams to ensure smooth branch operations.

  • Develop and manage staff rotation schedules based on guest flow and capacity needs to optimize service.

  • Maintain the Branch’s cleanliness standards to ensure a welcoming environment for clients.

  • Ensure seamless operations during special events, such as birthday parties, school events, and other occasional gatherings.

  • Prepare branch sales reports and follow up regularly to achieve sales targets.

  • Oversee regular equipment checks and coordinate with relevant teams for timely repairs and maintenance.

  • Manage branch cash and execute cash-handling procedures

  • Implement and oversee branch marketing strategies in coordination with the marketing department.

  • Oversee hiring and training of branch staff.

  • Manage inventory and stock levels.

  • Address and resolve guest issues and complaints promptly.

  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
