Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Graduation in any discipline (preferred but not limited to)

• At least 3 years

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a preferably in a retail, hospitality, or service-oriented environment.

• Experience in the international franchise will be highly valued. 

• Strong leadership abilities to manage diverse teams.

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members, guest, and the Head Office.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle operational challenges and guest complaints efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of cash handling and financial reporting to oversee branch financial transactions accurately.

• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred.

Role Overview:

The Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the branch by leading a diverse team, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service. Additionally, the role involves implementing marketing strategies, driving sales target achievement, managing inventory, managing cash procedures, overseeing hiring and training. A strong focus on guest satisfaction is essential, with prompt resolution of issues and complaints.

Responsibility:

• Supervise and manage the teams to ensure smooth branch operations.

• Develop and manage staff rotation schedules based on guest flow and capacity needs to optimize service.

• Maintain the Branch’s cleanliness standards to ensure a welcoming environment for clients.

• Ensure seamless operations during special events, such as birthday parties, school events, and other occasional gatherings.

• Prepare branch sales reports and follow up regularly to achieve sales targets.

• Oversee regular equipment checks and coordinate with relevant teams for timely repairs and maintenance.

• Manage branch cash and execute cash-handling procedures with the Accounts Department.

• Implement and oversee branch marketing strategies in coordination with the marketing department.

• Oversee hiring and training of branch staff.

• Manage inventory and stock levels.

• Ensure cooperation and alignment with the Head Office.

• Address and resolve guest issues and complaints promptly.

• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
