∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Proficiency in advanced MS Excel skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize and execute financial tasks of the organization.
∎ Closely deal with banks and financial institutions.
∎ Supervise the accounting activities on daily, weekly, monthly basis and ensure proper maintenance of all books of accounts.
∎ Prepare various types of financial report and submit to the higher authority as well as the management and any other department of the company as required.
∎ Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.
∎ Monthly Salary Sheet check and prepare Bank forwarding for salary disbursements.
∎ Cash flow forecasting & fund management.
∎ Bank reconciliation statement, Sales reconciliation, Reconciliation accounts payable & receivable.
∎ Checking bill vouchers and supporting documents.
∎ Ensure timely payment made to supplier, internal and others.
∎ Perform all the activities in closing monthly Financial Statements.
∎ Ensure the relevant Journal entries regarding expenses, vendor adjustments and bill payments have been posted prior to month end by the relevant teams.
∎ Perform various Investment appraisal and analysis.
∎ Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
