We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Branch Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our branch in Banani, Dhaka.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch. Supervise and support the team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies for business growth.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing branch expenses, inventory, and reporting.
- Implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for smooth branch operations.
- Build relationships with clients and identify opportunities for new business.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide training and development opportunities.
