Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare credit memos and periodic reports (monthly/quarterly/yearly).

  • Support SME & corporate portfolio growth through analysis and strategic mapping.

  • Provide client services (Tax Certificates, BCC, NOC, Credit Ratings, etc.).

  • Ensure proper loan processing and compliance with audit and regulatory standards.

  • Act as Deputy Focal Point for Financial Literacy programs.

  • Coordinate regulatory communications and handle client queries.

  • Work with CRM for inquiry resolution and monitor monthly recoveries.

  • Achieve yearly deposit targets and perform additional tasks assigned by management.
