Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare credit memos and periodic reports (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
Support SME & corporate portfolio growth through analysis and strategic mapping.
Provide client services (Tax Certificates, BCC, NOC, Credit Ratings, etc.).
Ensure proper loan processing and compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
Act as Deputy Focal Point for Financial Literacy programs.
Coordinate regulatory communications and handle client queries.
Work with CRM for inquiry resolution and monitor monthly recoveries.
Achieve yearly deposit targets and perform additional tasks assigned by management.
