Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor overall hall staff’s .

• Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures for the efficient operation of the hall.

• Follow-up the food quality process & properly maintains food costing.

• Ensure compliance with food and work safety protocol.

• Managing buffet staff and their schedule.

• Hiring and training new team members.

• Analyzing financial records.

• Reviewing or upgrading menus.

• Promoting the restaurant .

• Must be aware of safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Ensure a clean and pleasant atmosphere of restaurant at all times.

• Foster a positive and inclusive community environment within the hall.

• Assist management with office duties as needed.

• Aid in other areas of the unit as necessary.

• Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.

• Provide training to staff on safety procedures, customer service standards, and other relevant topics.

• Anything assigned by the management .
