• Age 30 to 35 years

• Supervise and mentor hall staff, including security personnel, maintenance workers, and housekeeping staff.

• Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures for the efficient operation of the hall.

• Must be aware of safety and sanitation guidelines Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Ensure a clean and pleasant atmosphere of restaurant at all times.

• Foster a positive and inclusive community environment within the hall.

• Assist management with office duties as needed.

• Aid in other areas of the unit as necessary.

• Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.

• Provide training to staff on safety procedures, customer service standards, and other relevant topics.
