Responsibilities & Context:
Accountable for achieving set targets of an assigned team in terms of Asset and liability.
Responsible for overall branch operations.
Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
Responsible for providing extraordinary customer service experience.
Responsible for leading and developing a team.
Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment.
Developing and implementing sales plans and conducting regular sales and operations meetings.
Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information.
Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch.
Interacting with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback.
Support team members of sales and will be accountable for achieving targets and goals.
Motivate team members to maintain a high-performance sales force function.
Responsible for Stock and Inventory Management.
Preparing reports as required for the head of Business.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
