Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Accountable for achieving set targets of an assigned team in terms of Asset and liability.
∎ Responsible for overall branch operations.
∎ Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
∎ Responsible for providing extraordinary customer service experience.
∎ Responsible for leading and developing a team.
∎ Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment.
∎ Developing and implementing sales plans and conducting regular sales and operations meetings.
∎ Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information.
∎ Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch.
∎ Interacting with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback.
∎ Support team members of sales and will be accountable for achieving targets and goals.
∎ Motivate team members to maintain a high-performance sales force function.
∎ Responsible for Stock and Inventory Management.
∎ Preparing reports as required for the head of Business.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
