Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor day to activities of the Branch Asset and Liability Business Teams.
∎ Ensure quality Asset-Liability Portfolio Growth.
∎ Market visit in order to ensure branch and business penetration in the market.
∎ Supervise all administrative activities of the branch
∎ Ensure implementation and compliance of all internal and regulatory guideline concerning smooth business and branch operation.
∎ Regular reporting to the concern Business Heads.
∎ Maintaining relationship with the local regulators and stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience in Branch Management Role.
∎ Sound knowledge about Corporate, SME and Consumer business and credit.
∎ Motivating leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to work independently as a part of a team.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.
