∎ We are currently looking for knowledgeable, energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic professionals for the following positions:
∎ The position is responsible to work closely with Consultant & Office Manager and the management level professionals at Branch Hospitals.
∎ The incumbent has to look after overall operational management of Branch Hospitals, Outreach management, Human Resource management, Vision Center management and Financial management of Branch Hospitals. Branch Coordinator also responsible to maintain liaison with local partners, Government Officials, NGOs and IlEI&H Dhaka.
∎ This position is mainly based at different Branch Hospitals of IIEI&H located at Barishal, Jamalpur, Naogaon and Kulaura but attached with the team of Director, Community Services of IIEI&H.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall coordination of the branch hospitals in terms of performance, outreach (camps and vision centers), demand generation, donor's compliance (if any) and service marketing.
∎ Develop monthly plan of the branch hospitals as per operational requirements: setting targets, monitoring target achievements, monitoring visit and local level coordination.
∎ Coordinate between base hospital and branch hospital for regular reporting and supervision of Office Manager, Camp organizer, Counselor and other relevant support staffs for effective management. Monitoring Patient flow of OPD, IPD & all departments of Secondary Eye Hospitals.
∎ Ensure to maintain all the clinical protocol and SOPs to ensure quality eye care services.
∎ Develop Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials for hospital and camp promotional works and ensure program sustainability.
∎ Maintain, local liaison with all relevant stakeholders; public- private-NGOs and Govt. staff.
∎ Prepare Monthly/ Yearly Camp Plan, monitor the program review with feedback.
∎ Oversee outreach activities at Vision Centers, Camps and others (Patient flow, Cataract identified, spectacles & medicine, camp cost etc.)
∎ Coordinate support on HR related issues as per HR Policy including requisition, recruitment process disciplinary issues etc.
∎ Capacity building of staffs (Needs assessment, Staff development plan & training).
∎ Mentoring and counseling support to staff.
∎ Follow up weekly, monthly and yearly plans and budget including mentoring of basic rate.
∎ Facilitate to ensure timely procurement assigned with stock and consumption pattern/trend from the base hospital following procurement policy.
∎ Effectively coordinate among stakeholders for procurement related issues to avoid delay, stock out or service interruption.
∎ Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the competent authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 (five) years of progressively responsible work experience in the area of Hospital and outreach Management.
∎ Experience in working with community hospitals NGO / INGOs will be preferred.
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
∎ Experience in team management and team building consisting of different levels of staff.
∎ Strong interpersonal and liaison skills.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel to secondary hospitals vision centers located in different parts of the country.
∎ Should have staff supervision and development skill.
∎ Computer literacy & expertise in software handling is a must for the post.
∎ Excellent communication (written and oral) and relationship management skills.
