Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the international market.
∎ Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new services and competition status
∎ Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company's core values.
∎ Develop standard presentations, sales solution materials and case studies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills in English with international clients
∎ An exhaustive understanding of the US, UK, and Australian markets and highly recommended to already have a portfolio of customers
∎ Strong negotiation skill
