We are looking for a skilled and experienced Block Print & Screen Print Specialist to establish and manage our in-house fabric printing unit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in traditional block printing and modern screen printing techniques, with a strong understanding of fabrics, colors, and production processes.

আমরা আমাদের নিজস্ব ইন-হাউজ ফ্যাব্রিক প্রিন্টিং ইউনিট স্থাপনের জন্য একজন দক্ষ ও অভিজ্ঞ ব্লক প্রিন্ট এবং স্ক্রিন প্রিন্ট স্পেশালিস্ট নিয়োগ দিতে চাই। প্রার্থীর ঐতিহ্যবাহী ব্লক প্রিন্ট এবং আধুনিক স্ক্রিন প্রিন্টিং-এ বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and develop an in-house block print and screen print production system

• Prepare printing tables, screens, blocks, and necessary tools

• Develop and mix colors accurately as per design requirements

• Execute high-quality printing on fabrics (Abaya, Kurti, Panjabi, etc.)

• Ensure consistency in design, color, and finishing

• Maintain quality control throughout the production process

• Train and supervise junior printing staff

• Manage production timelines and ensure timely delivery

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the printing unit

• Work closely with design and production teams for new developments

দায়িত্বসমূহ:

• ইন-হাউজ ব্লক প্রিন্ট ও স্ক্রিন প্রিন্ট প্রোডাকশন সেটআপ তৈরি ও পরিচালনা করা

• প্রিন্টিং টেবিল, স্ক্রিন, ব্লক এবং প্রয়োজনীয় সরঞ্জাম প্রস্তুত করা

• ডিজাইন অনুযায়ী সঠিকভাবে রঙ তৈরি ও মিক্স করা

• কাপড়ে (আবায়া, কুর্তি, পাঞ্জাবি ইত্যাদি) উচ্চমানের প্রিন্টিং নিশ্চিত করা

• ডিজাইন, রঙ এবং ফিনিশিং-এর ধারাবাহিকতা বজায় রাখা

• প্রোডাকশন প্রক্রিয়ায় কোয়ালিটি কন্ট্রোল নিশ্চিত করা

• জুনিয়র কর্মীদের প্রশিক্ষণ ও তদারকি করা

• সময়মতো প্রোডাকশন সম্পন্ন করা

• প্রিন্টিং ইউনিট পরিষ্কার ও সুশৃঙ্খল রাখা

• ডিজাইন ও প্রোডাকশন টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে নতুন কাজ ডেভেলপ করা

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience in block printing and/or screen printing

• Strong knowledge of fabric types and color application

• Ability to develop printing setups from scratch

• Attention to detail and quality finishing

• Basic understanding of textile production workflow

• Leadership ability to manage a small team

• Creative mindset with problem-solving skills

যোগ্যতা:

• ব্লক প্রিন্ট এবং/অথবা স্ক্রিন প্রিন্টিং-এ অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে

• ফ্যাব্রিক ও রঙ ব্যবহারে ভালো ধারণা

• শুরু থেকে প্রিন্টিং সেটআপ তৈরি করার সক্ষমতা

• কাজের প্রতি মনোযোগ ও নিখুঁত ফিনিশিং নিশ্চিত করার দক্ষতা

• টেক্সটাইল প্রোডাকশন সম্পর্কে মৌলিক জ্ঞান

• টিম পরিচালনার সক্ষমতা

• সৃজনশীল চিন্তা ও সমস্যা সমাধানের দক্ষতা

Preferred:

• Experience in fashion or apparel industry

• Knowledge of modern textile printing techniques

• Experience working with premium or export-quality products

অগ্রাধিকার:

• গার্মেন্টস বা ফ্যাশন ইন্ডাস্ট্রিতে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা

• আধুনিক টেক্সটাইল প্রিন্টিং সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান
