• Proven hands-on experience with:

  • Romaco Noack N623 (blister line)

  • Romaco Promatic P91 (packaging line)

  • IMA T135 (blister line)

  • IMA K150 (packaging line)

• Strong knowledge of GMP standards in production and packaging.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in related field is required.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

We, Pasteur Pharmatech Solutions (PPS), is hiring experienced Blister Supervisors and Packaging Supervisors from Bangladesh for placement in a reputed European pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with production technology and parameters according to BMR and BPR.

• Maintain proper documentation of batch production and packaging processes.

• Monitor production conditions (equipment, environment, and personnel) to ensure GMP compliance.

• Support validation of equipment and processes when required.

• Assist in training of production staff on GMP and technology requirements.

• Support implementation of new technologies in production.

• Monitor hygiene and safety standards in production and packaging areas.
