Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and serving coffee-based beverages, such as espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty drinks.
∎ Operating and maintaining coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders.
∎ Brewing and serving different types of teas and herbal infusions.
∎ Assisting customers in selecting beverages based on their preferences and providing recommendations.
∎ Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the coffee preparation area.
∎ Managing inventory and restocking coffee beans, tea leaves, milk, and other ingredients.
∎ Creating and experimenting with new coffee and tea recipes, flavors, and presentation techniques.
∎ Collaborating with the kitchen team to prepare and serve food items, such as sandwiches, pastries, and desserts.
∎ Ensuring accurate cash handling and processing customer transactions.
∎ Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
∎ Following health and safety regulations and maintaining proper food handling practices.
∎ Training and supervising junior staff members in coffee preparation techniques and customer service skills.
∎ Participating in promotional activities and events to attract and retain customers.
∎ Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and maintaining coffee machines and equipment.
