Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains and improves on an ongoing basis the following:
∎ Quality level of products & services.
∎ Guest satisfaction.
∎ Operating Costs.
∎ Sanitation, hygiene and cleanliness.
∎ Take all reasonable measures not to handle food or food contact surfaces in any way that is likely to compromise the safety and suitability of the food.
∎ Staffing and scheduling to ensure proper coverage in outlet and optimum use of manpower.
∎ Supervises, coordinates and directs the prompt, efficient and courteous service of Food & Beverages in the assigned outlet.
∎ Ensures Outlets setup, service are in accordance with required standards / requests.
∎ Assists in order taking, service, clearance in accordance with the requirements and practices of the outlets.
∎ Attends / visits each table during service to communicate with guests for their comments/suggestions.
∎ Perform all necessary tasks to service beverages according to the standard of performance manual of the hotel.
∎ Conduct weekly training sessions on beverage pouring practice, cocktail mixing, bottle flaring and up-selling.
∎ Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
∎ Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
∎ Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
∎ Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drinks in the menu while answering questions.
∎ Prepares, serves and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks and recommends coffee promotions with new coffee brews.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Gulshan & Banani areas Bar Supervisor highly preferable.
