Ray Advertising is searching for a detail-oriented and strategic Backlink SEO Guest Posting Expert to join our team in a WORK FROM HOME opportunity.

This position involves night shift from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM BD time— including a 1-hour break.

Position Overview:

Ray Advertising, a globally recognized performance marketing agency specializing in Pay Per Call, affiliate marketing, and lead generation, is seeking an experienced Backlink SEO Guest Posting Expert. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in high-quality backlink acquisition, off-page SEO, and link-building strategies. You will be responsible for improving domain authority, enhancing search rankings, and supporting the company’s overall SEO growth.

Note: The selected candidate must be comfortable working under micromanagement — meaning your tasks, timelines, and performance will be closely monitored and guided to ensure consistent quality and alignment with company standards. This helps maintain accountability and ensures all tasks are completed with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Backlink Building & SEO (Guest Posting Focus)

• Plan and execute high-quality guest posting campaigns to build strong backlinks, improve domain authority, and boost search rankings.

• Identify and reach out to authoritative websites and blogs for guest posting opportunities, collaborations, and brand mentions.

• Write or coordinate SEO-optimized guest articles tailored to the target website’s audience and guidelines.

• Track and monitor backlink performance, ensuring links are from reputable and relevant sources.

• Disavow harmful or spammy backlinks to maintain a clean backlink profile.

• Conduct competitor guest posting and backlink analysis to refine and strengthen outreach strategies.

Content & Optimization (Guest Posting & SEO Focus)

• Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-optimized guest posts, blogs, and PR materials that drive backlinks and brand visibility.

• Perform keyword research tailored to guest posting opportunities and off-page SEO strategies.

• Optimize guest articles, landing pages, and author profiles to align with SEO best practices and improve search rankings.

• Ensure content is crafted to meet editorial guidelines of target websites for successful guest post placements.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track backlink performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.

• Prepare regular reports with actionable insights to improve link-building performance.

Probation Period: We have a one month of probation period where you will receive 50% of the agreed salary. Upon successful completion of your probation period you will be paid the full salary and we don’t prolong the probation period beyond this 1 month.
