Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend services
Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices
Implement secure APIs and data protection measures
Build and maintain microservices architecture with proper documentation
Optimize database queries and caching strategies
Collaborate closely with frontend teams for smooth API integration
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Node.js frameworks (Express, Hapi, NestJS)
Solid experience with GraphQL and MongoDB
Knowledge of authentication and security standards (JWT, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha)
Experience with WebSockets and real-time communication
Proficiency in Git and version control
Experience with Docker and container orchestration
