We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer (MERN Stack) who can design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems for ERP, SaaS & enterprise platforms. This role requires hands-on production-level experience — freshers are not eligible.

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in MERN backend development

• Must have worked on live production projects

• Freshers are not eligible

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend systems using Node.js & Express.js

• Design and manage MongoDB databases (schema optimization required)

• Build secure REST APIs with authentication & authorization

• Handle server deployment, API performance tuning & security

• Work closely with frontend & DevOps teams

• Maintain clean, structured & documented code

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB

• API security implementation (JWT, Role-based access control)

• Git workflow experience

• Understanding of server management (VPS / Linux / Cloud)

• Performance optimization & debugging skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Redis / PostgreSQL / Prisma

• Docker knowledge

• ERP / SaaS system development experience
