Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Backend Developer to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing backend systems, APIs, and databases that power our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with frontend and mobile teams to ensure seamless integration, reliability, and scalability of our platforms. Responsibilities

* Design, develop & maintain backend services, APIs, and web/mobile applications.

* Work with relational & non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) securely & efficiently.

* Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams for seamless integration.

* Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and high-performing.

* Debug, troubleshoot & resolve backend issues.

* Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.

* Set up & manage hosting/deployment environments (cPanel, VPS, Cloud).

Requirements

* 1+ year of backend development experience (any modern backend language/framework such as PHP/Laravel, Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, .NET Core, etc.).

* Freshers with strong programming fundamentals are encouraged to apply.

* Strong understanding of API development & integration (RESTful, GraphQL).

* Knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL).

* Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).

* Basic frontend knowledge (React, Next.js, Vue, or similar) is a plus.

* Understanding of authentication methods (JWT, OAuth, etc.).

* Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, GCP, etc.) is a plus.

* API testing with Postman or similar tools.

Office Time

Day Shift: 9 AM – 6 PM (6 days a week, desk job)

Night Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 PM (6 days a week, desk job)

Office timing for the Night Shift may change based on management decisions.

Salary (Gross)

* Probation (3 months): 18,500 BDT

* Permanent: 25,000 BDT / Based on Performance
