Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at GARI-IMPORT.com.bd, one of Bangladesh’s most trusted names in Japanese reconditioned and brand-new car imports. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, creating engaging content, and delivering outstanding customer experiences that strengthen our reputation for quality and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement → Welcome and consult with customers to understand their requirements and recommend the most suitable vehicles from our Japanese reconditioned and brand-new stock.

  • Product Demonstration → Conduct engaging showroom presentations, test drives, and live product walkarounds, highlighting features, specifications, auction grades, and financing options.

  • Live Presentations & Social Media → Represent GARI-IMPORT.com.bd in live car presentations (Facebook Live, reels, and showroom events) to connect with online and in-person audiences.

  • Expert Advisory → Provide clear, expert knowledge on Japanese car models, hybrid technologies, brand-new imports, and reconditioned vehicle benefits to build customer confidence.

  • Sales Targets → Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

  • Relationship Building → Develop long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business, referrals, and showroom reputation.

  • Market Awareness → Stay updated with the latest automotive trends, Japanese auction processes, and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Sales Operations → Assist with trade-in assessments, sales paperwork, and smooth handover of vehicles.

  • Team Collaboration → Work closely with colleagues and management to achieve showroom sales goals and improve processes.

  • After-Sales Support → Ensure excellent post-delivery service, addressing customer needs and maintaining trust.
