Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the entire workshop operations.
- Allocate work among mechanics, technicians, and helpers.
- Monitor repair, maintenance, and servicing quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper use of diagnostic tools and modern equipment.
- Oversee engine scanning and advanced diagnostics.
- Control spare parts stock, purchase requisition, and inventory management.
- Maintain records of bills, job cards, and service reports.
- Ensure safety standards in the workshop.
- Train and guide mechanics & junior staff.
- Communicate with management regarding revenue, cost, and customer service improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after proper service.
