Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 35 years

• The candidate must have at least 03 years of experience in any large automobile workshop/company.

• Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical vehicle issues.

• Knowledge of modern automobile technologies, including hybrid, electric, and forklift systems.

• Proficient in fleet management software and tracking tools.

• Strong organizational skills for maintaining logs, budgets, and records.

• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills for coordinating with drivers, mechanics, and vendors.

• Familiar with Bangladesh transport regulations, safety standards, and environmental rules.

• Flexible to travel for inspections or emergency repairs when required.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Supervise the mechanics and provide technical guidance for automobile servicing.

• Prepare a list of required spare parts and materials for necessary repairs and maintenance.

• Prepare and follow a vehicle inspection schedule.

• Document repair statements in the Logbook.

• Collect rates and create comparative statements for spare parts and accessories.

• Physically inspect vehicles before preparing spare parts requisitions.

• Maintain all received and repair statements according to company policy.

• Implement quality control measures for spare parts, lubricants, and all items.

• Oversee the conversion of fuel (Octane/Diesel) to vehicles, if required.

• Monitor and maintain the repair and routine servicing of all vehicle types.

• Verify fuel consumption by checking and controlling the kilometers per liter (KPL) of each vehicle.

• Check and verify the installation, maintenance, and repair of all servicing and spare parts.

• Frequently survey the market to obtain comparative prices for spare parts.

• Analyze monthly cost reports related to vehicle repair and maintenance.

• The candidate should have the capacity to operate a automotive workshop.

• Handle the repair and maintenance of forklifts, loaders, JCBs, buses, etc.

• Lead and monitor the activities of team members, providing necessary guidelines to perform their duties effectively.

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance as per the schedule, ensuring adherence by the maintenance staff.

• Evaluate and monitor operational parameters, taking immediate corrective action when necessary.

• Ensure the availability of spare parts for both breakdown and preventive maintenance.

• Identify and implement measures to improve the efficiency of spare parts usage.

• Check and clean all spare parts at the time of vehicle departure.
