∎ Highschool diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in garment production or textile technology preferred.

∎ Clear knowledge of auto cutting machines, its parts & its operation system.
∎ Proven experience as an auto cutting Operator in the garment industry.
∎ Musthavesound knowledge of 100% knit fabrics & accessories.
∎ In-depth knowledge of various fabrics, cutting techniques, and tools used in garment production.
∎ Strong leadership and management skills.
∎ Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
∎ Goodcommunication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
∎ Pro-active and well organized.
∎ Manpowercontrol.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance checks on cutting machines and related equipment
∎ Conduct detailed machine diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues
∎ Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and service records for all cutting equipment
∎ Calibrate cutting machines regularly to ensure optimal performance and precision
∎ Monitor and maintain vacuum systems, blade sharpness, and conveyor mechanisms
∎ Identify early warning signs of potential machine failures and take preventive actions
∎ Operate & monitor the cutting process, ensuring precision in cutting patterns and fabrics
∎ Collaborate with production team to understand cutting requirements
∎ Pre-cutting procedures maintain & follow up (dia, GSM, fabric relaxation, shade separation, shrinkage test result)
∎ Maintain cutting quality control standards
∎ Monitor production output and efficiency metrics
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all cutting equipment
∎ Managespare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely replacements
∎ Train operators on proper machine operation and basic maintenance procedures
∎ Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machine operation and maintenance
∎ Ensure proper cleaning and lubrication of all machine components
∎ Maintaining & recording cutting planning & consumption
∎ Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow
∎ Ensure all safety protocols are followed during machine operation and maintenance
∎ Maintain a clean and organized cutting area
∎ Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and working areas
∎ Document and report any safety concerns or incidents
∎ Train team members on safety procedures and emergency protocols
