Job Responsibilities:
∎ Order wise cutting closing report including Finished Fabrics.
∎ Order wise Fabric receiving and balance return conformation.
∎ Fabrics consumption checking (Cutting no. wise).
∎ Panel rejection and Replacement check and reporting (Cutting No wise).
∎ Final out stock of old Fabric into cutting floor and reporting.
∎ Printing and Embroidery bill settlement.
∎ Verify short indent of cutting section.
∎ Cutting No. wise lay chart check with cutting register book Order wise.
∎ Daily Cutting Floor efficiency check and weekly reporting.
∎ Order and Style wise Cutting consumption and efficiency checking and Reporting (Monthly).
∎ Finished Fabrics adjustment with Similar Order / Order and reporting.
∎ Report long time stayed Fabrics.
∎ Maintain output sewing & finishing record
∎ Maintain output finishing & packing record
∎ Maintain finishing to packing style and PO wise report
∎ Check packing list & sort list updating.
∎ Monthly shipment qty. report updating
∎ PO wise closing report maintain
∎ Make plans and guide the Audit team to investigate various issues in an effective way.
∎ Review and finalize the draft reports and submit final report to the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
