∎ B.Sc. from any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage auditing the processes and policies of Software Engineering Department.
∎ Manage PPQA audit as per CMMI requirement of the organization.
∎ Audit project risks in areas of schedule management, client communication, quality.
∎ Create action points for non-complying aspects of a project.
∎ Follow-up with PM on action points.
∎ Manage IM/IT audit as per policy.
∎ Follow-up with IT Manager on actionable items.
∎ Define and improve continuously various audit policy and process.
∎ Participate in defined meeting as per company policy.
∎ Plan and Prepare audit report and share with Sr Management as per policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Knowledge of the SDLC & STLC in an Agile environment, software development and software testing.
∎ Good problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong communication skills with the Project Managers and other key stakeholders.
∎ Strong English spoken & written skill.
∎ Overall, a good team player.
∎ Nice to have any Professional Certification in Software Industry.
∎ Experience on using different tasks and document management tools, like Jira, Confluence, Redmine etc.
