Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters of Commerce.
∎ CA (CC) will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop risk based audit plans detailing the scope, nature and timing of audit activities in related departments.
∎ To prepare yearly, half yearly & monthly plan of procurement audit as per the organization demand.
∎ To check and verify different kinds of requisitions, quotations, comparative statements, purchase order, chalan, goods receive note (GRN), VAT, Tax & and other relevant document.
∎ To ensure Physical verification of all suppliers/vendors as per organization requirement for major purchases.
∎ To ensure that all local procurement policies are being checked and verified in the prescribed manner.
∎ Prepare audit report with use all purchase related faults & errors and submit director audit time to time.
∎ To ensure proper documentation system and preserve all important audit evidence for future reference.
∎ Have to work anywhere in Bangladesh as per the organization’s needs.
∎ Support audit team & perform any other task as assigned by Director Audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must be able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license.
∎ The candidate must be honest, hard worker and non-smoker.
Salary: Tk. 21000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After 6 months, if he becomes the permanent employee of the organization, other benefits will be offered as per the organizational policy like provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance, medical aid etc.
