∎ Candidate with experience dealing with retail chain and work in start-up company is preferred.
∎ Able to work independently.
∎ Good communication and presentation skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure achievement of sales and collection targets and report to the management.
∎ To assist in formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales target.
∎ Review products ' visibility, planogram, shelf share and expiries through market visits and report market status to management.
∎ To hunt new sales and open new accounts to ensure business growth. Achieving day to day/secondary sales target.
∎ Ensure accurate product supply.
∎ Ensure Proper Merchandising. Managing credit to get maximum output for sales.
∎ To service and maintain current accounts. To prepare weekly and monthly client reports Possess trade & Operations knowledge in Modern trade, experience with account opening.
