Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
∎ • Identify and approach potential customers, build strong relationships, and negotiate contracts.
∎ • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries promptly.
∎ • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
∎ • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction.
∎ • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
∎ • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to the steel industry.
∎ • Train and mentor junior sales team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
∎ • Continuously strive to achieve personal and team sales targets and contribute to the organization’s overall growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • The applicants should have mandatory experience in the following area(s):
∎ • Direct sales, Corporate Sales and Marketing.
∎ • Sales experience in Exhibition Company will be preferred.
