• Must have strong knowledge of industrial wiring, motor control, and generator operation.
• Ability to read control wiring diagrams.
• Willing to work in shifts and during emergencies.
• Basic understanding of electrical safety and compliance rules.
• ABC Electrician Supervisor Licence. 

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of Auto Cutter, Spreader, and Knitting Machines.

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all garment machinery.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of Generators, Boilers, Air Compressors, and Substation equipment (HT/LT panel, transformer, PFI, etc.).

• Assist in the installation, servicing, and calibration of electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, control panels, relays, and sensors.

• Programming knowledge of various types of Inverter/VFD.

• Maintain machine logs and daily maintenance records as per factory standards.

• Report abnormal machine behavior and assist in root cause analysis of technical issues.

• Ensure safety procedures and compliance during maintenance operations.

• Assist the maintenance supervisor/engineer in executing shutdown maintenance plans.

• Monitor spare parts stock and assist in requisitioning and replacing parts.

• Work closely with production and utilities teams to minimize downtime.

• Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the management.
