- Age 22 to 30 years

- Must have strong knowledge of industrial wiring, motor control, and generator operation.
- Ability to read control wiring diagrams.
- Willing to work in shifts and during emergencies.
- Basic understanding of electrical safety and compliance rules.
- ABC Electrician Supervisor Licence.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of Auto Cutter, Spreader, and Knitting Machines.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all garment machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of Generators, Boilers, Air Compressors, and Substation equipment (HT/LT panel, transformer, PFI, etc.).
- Assist in the installation, servicing, and calibration of electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, control panels, relays, and sensors.
- Programming knowledge of various types of Inverter/VFD.
- Maintain machine logs and daily maintenance records as per factory standards.
- Report abnormal machine behavior and assist in root cause analysis of technical issues.
- Ensure safety procedures and compliance during maintenance operations.
- Assist the maintenance supervisor/engineer in executing shutdown maintenance plans.
- Monitor spare parts stock and assist in requisitioning and replacing parts.
- Work closely with production and utilities teams to minimize downtime.
- Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the management.
