Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Analyze competitive marketing environment to find out the trends and recommendation to increase the market share of the company.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports.
Take proper initiatives to achieve the sales target by the sales team.
Regular Monitoring & Coordination with the Marketing & Sales team activities.
Frequent Field visit to support & monitor the sales team.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and branding activities.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, veterinarians, and key clients.
