Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicating with Customer, Forwarder, Merchandiser and Factory for the export related issues.
∎ Place online booking to the forwarder for sea, air and sea-air shipment.
∎ Responsible for Export documents- Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading & other export related docs.
∎ Handle Shipping line and transport related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods and implementation of all commercial strategies.
∎ Independently Prepare all export documents as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Ensure preparing all export documents on time.
∎ Preparing shipment statement & report to management.
∎ Other services as required by the officers of Blue Pineapple Technology
∎ Excellent in Microsoft office suite
∎ Excellent written & verbal communication skill in English
∎ Should be self motivated and can work in team as well as individually
