∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Having good command over Chinese language is highly preferable.
∎ Excellent proficiency over Microsoft office suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.)
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skill.
∎ Strong time management abilities, including planning & prioritizing workloads.
∎ Strong problem-solving ability.
∎ Able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To maintain communication with overseas Buyer on regular basis.
∎ Handling Development & all required samples.
∎ To break down the order sheet and prepare the order costing and price quoting.
∎ To ensure Buyer approval and make sure production follow up.
∎ To maintain merchandising files and updating time and action plan (TNA).
∎ Maintain data for order and input data in software for costing and reporting effectively & efficiently.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
