Educational Requirements:
∎ MSc in Chemistry / BSc in Chemical Engineering from reputed university;
∎ Must have a good academic record.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ETP, Recycle System, WTP

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall monitoring and direct supervision to conduct and maintain the smooth operation of ETP WTP & Recycle System;
∎ Supervise the smooth operation of Waste Water Recycle Plant & maintain the parameters as per production requirements;
∎ To Test, record & analysis of Effluent water parameters (BOD, COD, DO, Color, pH, TSS, TDS etc.) & submit to managements;
∎ To test & record of Sludge parameters MLSS, SVI, FM Ratio, Sludge Age, etc.;
∎ To record & maintain all data regarding ETP Inlet/Outlet Water, daily logs & LAB test reports, usages of chemicals, Sludge quantity & related all documents;
∎ Monitor ETP waste water discharge, evaluate the environmental parameters as Per DOE standard and achieve ZDHC standard;
∎ To communicate with Department of Environment for periodic Waste water Test;
∎ To maintain the drinking water parameters as per Standards & certificate collection of Laboratory test from Gov. Organization;
∎ To prepare all documents to fulfil the wastewater module of HIGG INDEX FEM3.0 and any other Buyer & Audit requirements;
∎ To prepare the Chemical consumption, ETP/WTP Cost monthly & provide to managements;
∎ To prepare & record of WTP & Recycle water consumption report monthly & maintain water balancing of full factory without any interruption;
∎ To monitor daily ETP Blower, Pump operation & others Electromechanical instruments to ensure the smooth operation of ETP/WTP/Recycle System;
∎ To maintain store stocks for Chemical & others products to meet requirements of ETP/WTP/Recycle System operation within the approval budget;
∎ To smooth run the Screw Press machine for sludge processing & handling the dry sludge for further process;
∎ To maintain the sludge stocks dry bed & communicate with Lafarge Holcim for further processing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Up-to-date knowledge and skills in ETP,WTP & Recycle System;
∎ Computer literacy & Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking;
∎ Residence: Preferably in Gazipur;
∎ Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills;
∎ Ability to work hard and control Pressure;
∎ Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets;
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire of success;
∎ Self-starter & proactive;
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
