Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring proper maintenance & operation of stores in Textile Factories and Responsible for planning, developing and implementing all over Material control activities regarding general store, spare parts, yarn, chemical and wastage store.
∎ Initiating, coordinating and enforcing optimal operational policies and procedures regarding all kind of Materials Management.
∎ Receiving store materials, Accessories from local, foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC / purchase approval document.
∎ Distributing store materials, accessories, yarn, chemical, spare parts to production floor as per requisition.
∎ Ensure timely Loading-unloading all kinds of goods by coordinate with inter project or Local party.
∎ Ensuring all receive and distribution of Store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Should have sound communication skills to inter department, inter project and head Office.
∎ Should have practical experience about Customs related Sale & Buy Register 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 etc.
∎ Supervising all stores operational issues and uphold the safety of the store house.
∎ Ensuring all receive and delivery of materials are properly recorded and documented properly.
∎ Preparing Report -Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, and Yearly according to inventory flow movement and submit to Proper authority.
∎ Make ERP requisition of all kinds of general item, Accessories, Yarn, Chemical, spare parts etc. to meet smooth production and Operation.
∎ Make MRR & Quality certificate for all kinds of incoming Materials.
∎ Manage to Sale/dispose all kinds of wastage to authorized party by coordinate to head office local sale department and keep inventory, stock and delivery record accordingly.
∎ Ensure Buyer COC requirement, GRS, RCS, GOTS, OCS Etc. Audit Traceability Record maintain properly.
∎ Keep original SDS, Conformity proof (ZDHC, MRSL, GOTS etc.) for All kinds of Incoming Chemical.
∎ Ensure all kinds of Raw material (GRS/RCS/GOTS/OCS/BCI Yarn, Chemical etc.) requisition, receive, delivery & stock records, traceability maintain, Godown & vehicle Clean, Identification & segregation.
∎ Any Other Task assign by The Management.
