Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper store management and smooth operational activities.
∎ Receiving all incoming material and distribution as per requisition.
∎ Proper inventory maintenance.
∎ Proper documentation in both hard & soft copy.
∎ Maintain ERP operation
∎ Ensure timely Loading-unloading all kinds of goods for receive and delivery.
∎ Ensure all receive and distribution of Store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Must have proper communication skills intra dept, customers and head Office.
∎ Supervising all stores operational issues and uphold the safety of the store house.
∎ Preparing Report -Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, and Yearly according to inventory flow movement and submit to Proper authority.
∎ Make ERP requisition of all kinds of general item like Yarn, Greige, finished, Spare parts etc.
∎ Make Raw material summary after each order closing.
∎ Preparing Report -Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, and Yearly inventory report to Top management.
∎ Making strategic plan for future development.
